DESCRIPTION

RAZON is the trade name of Pantoprazole, Gastric acid pump inhibitor and antiulcer agent.

Each Enteric-Coated RAZON 20 and 40 Tablet contains 20 and 40mg of Pantoprazole as Pantoprazole Sodium.

CHEMISTRY

Pantoprazole Sodium is: 5-(Difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)-methyl]-sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sodium sesquihydrate salt.
