Introduction

KALIUM

XX is used to treat or prevent hypokaleamia or potassium depletion. XX is also used to treat fluid overload in liver failure. XX is given as a slow release preparation or in effervescent solutions of bicarbonate and trimethylglycine. May also be given by slow IV infusion. May need dose reduction in renal failure.
