LACINE is the trade name of Losartan potassium, an antihypertensive. It is the first drug of a new class: angiotensin II receptor antagonists.

Each LACINE 25, 50, and 100 Tablet contains 25, 50, and 100mg Losartan potassium, respectively.

Losartan Potassium is: 2-Butyl-4-chloro-1-[p-(o-1H-tetrazol-5-ylphenyl)benzyl]imidazole-5-methanol potassium.
