Oral absorption of Chloroquine is found to be 100% . Volume of distribution is found to be 200 l/kg and plasma protien binding is 50-70%. and metabolism is reported mainly hepatic. Renal Excretion accounts for 70% (unchnaged), 25% (metabolite) and plasma half life is 30-60 days.
