Dr. Alhalbi is a Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit and the Nominations & Remuneration Committees also he was Manager of the Pharmacy Division, Hamad Medical Establishment, Qatar 1979 - 2003 and he was a Lecturer at the University of Jordan , Faculty of Pharmacy, 1978 - 1979.
Dr. Alhalbi has a PhD in pharmaceutical industry 1978.
