National Study on Dyslipidemia Screens 1467 Participants

The Study on the prevalence of Dyslipidemia in Jordan is going in progress according to the agreed Plan, the cooperative work between the society of the General Practitioner and The JPM is moving to a new stage.
After Two weeks of Initiation the campaign of Medical Examination and Blood Sampling a total of 1467 People, through 27 different Medical Centers all over the kingdom were examined clinically and gave Blood samples for testing, the samples were subject for testing by Med-lab according to the international standards according to Dr. Taghreed Barqawi Acting Executive Manager of Marketing Department (JPM)
Following Data Entry and scientific Data Analysis the results will be announced to the media providing unique information about Dyslipidemia with special concern to the Jordanian community, this will likely give helpful guide to medical professionals.
Dr. Mahmoud Hashem; Head of the General Practitioner Society said that the results shall be announced within few weeks, and will be published in scientific magazines both national and international
