Indications

DIMOVASC is indicated in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with valsartan or amlodipine.

A- This combination medication can be prescribed for individuals with high blood pressure who have additional cardiovascular risk factors such as diabetes or history of heart disease

B- Angina pectoris: Amlodipine, as a calcium channel blocker, can help relieve angina pectoris by reducing the workload of the heart and improving blood flow to the heart muscle. When combined with valsartan, it may be used to manage angina symptoms in some patients.
